Carol Adams has over 18 years of experience as a Writer and Marketing Specialist. Prior to joining The Facet Group and spearheading the Resume & Career Center Division, she worked with public relations firms and organizations across the Southwest and Southern United States. She has written for and managed a variety of service and non-profit organization accounts, including United Way of Acadiana, the Women's Hospital of Texas Research and Education Foundation, the Foundation for Women's Health in Alabama, Up With People (Broomfield, CO), and the Children's Museum of Acadiana.
Carol’s background in research writing, editorial coordination and design of client publications and marketing materials is extensive. She has proven successes in the areas of media, community, employee and financial relations, crisis management and media training. She has planned and executed more than 100 special events, including press conferences, grand openings, workshops, forums and professional seminars.
Carol’s ability to combine her business and professional marketing background with her well-developed writing skills makes her one of the best career document and resume writing specialists in the industry.
She has received the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Silver Excalibur Award for Excellence in Writing (PRSA-Houston, TX), and a Silver Telly Award for Video Production/Script Writing.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Birmingham-Southern College, Birmingham, AL.

Connie Hash is the ‘first voice’ of The Resume & Career Center.
In addition to processing all calls and inquiries for the main office in Lafayette, Connie manages and processes all resumes and other career documents. She joined The Facet Group in January, 2005.
Born and reared on a dairy farm near Lafayette, Connie brings an outstanding work ethic, common sense and unsurpassed knowledge of the community. Her business experience and knowledge of Acadiana and Louisiana in general was enhanced during her 13 years as Information Coordinator for the Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce.
Connie’s background includes experience providing administrative support and service to customers and clients as well as to Public Relations Directors, Membership Directors, Business Managers and Executive Staff.
Connie has formal training at Spencer Business College, Entré Computers, SkillSoft and SkillPath.

Carolyn Greco has over 20 years of successful experience in human resources consulting, executive search and recruitment . She has been a business owner since 1979.
Carolyn earned a BA in Education with honors from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania and an MA from the University of Louisiana. Specialized training is from Columbia University in Organizational Development, the John F. Kennedy Institute for Career Development and the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science.
Ms. Greco sits on the Boards of LINCOLNSHIRE INTERNATIONAL and the Association of Career Firms, North American (ACF). She is active in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Acadiana Society of Human Resource Management (ASHRM) and the Women’s Leadership Council of the United Way.
