Connie Hash

Director, Service Excellence

​Connie oversees FACET’s Resume & Career Center, assuring that clients receive excellent and prompt service. Connie provides administrative support to all members of our team and assures that all documents meet the highest quality standards.

She joined FACET in 2005 after serving for 13 years as Information Coordinator for the Chamber of Commerce where she supported several directors and staff, as well as worked directly with the public daily. Connie’s work ethic and common sense make her stand out in the crowd, but her most outstanding attribute is her natural ability to make strangers feel at ease and well taken care of.

Donald Carter, MBA

LinkedIn & Interview Master

With a Master’s in Business Administration Degree in Organizational Leadership, Donald uses his 10+ years of experience in career development. He specializes in the government sector, non-profit and private consulting fields to help clients master interviews and cultivate their LinkedIn profiles.

Donald holds a lifetime membership to the Golden Key Honor Society, currently serves as a Trustee on The Dallas Rotary Foundation, is certified to facilitate MBTI® assessments and is involved with The International Coaching Federation.

Laura J. Hutchins

Certified Professional Resume Writer, (CPRW)

Laura has more than 20 years of experience in Career Services Management designing and managing domestic and global programs for Resource Careers, Options/Resource Careers, and Dwellworks. During that time, she met Corporate Clients’ needs while supporting Career Advisors working directly with clients through challenging relocations and job searches.

Laura is now focused on creating customized résumés and accompanying job search documents for clients from newbies to seasoned professionals in wide-ranging career fields. As a Certified Professional Résumé Writer (CPRW) through the Professional Association of Resume Writers (PARW), her expertise will make you shine on paper, increasing your job search confidence and resulting in your making the best possible first impression!

In addition to Career Services, Laura has worked in Retail Management/Buying and Market Research focused on B2B projects.

Laura has BS in Business Management/Marketing from Miami University of Ohio.

Carolyn Greco

Director

Carolyn has 25+ years of comprehensive experience in coaching, career transition and development, outplacement, workplace consulting, and leadership training in a variety of applied settings.

She established FACET in 1981 and added the Resume & Career Center shortly thereafter to provide quality resume writing services for job seekers who did not have a corporate program. Since then, the agency has developed thousands of resumes and with the onset of LinkedIn has produced or revised profiles for individuals from every walk of life.
