She established FACET in 1981 and added the Resume & Career Center shortly thereafter to provide quality resume writing services for job seekers who did not have a corporate program. Since then, the agency has developed thousands of resumes and with the onset of LinkedIn has produced or revised profiles for individuals from every walk of life.

A Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and Nationally Certified Online Profile Expert (NCOPE) with 20+ years of writing, editing and public relations experience. Carol combines her writing skills and expertise on LinkedIn with a keen understanding of marketing strategies to provide our clients with outstanding personal branding products.
She works exclusively with job seekers and established professionals looking to move on or move up. Her relationships with recruiters and HR managers allow her to stay on top of hiring and recruiting trends to be sure that our clients reach their goals.

Connie oversees FACET’s Resume & Career Center, ensuring that clients receive excellent and prompt service and that all documents meet the highest quality standards.
She joined FACET in 2005 after serving for 13 years as an Information Coordinator for a Chamber of Commerce.
Nicole brings 18+ years of engagement experience to support individuals and enterprises by identifying their needs and developing strategies that really work!
Her background includes operations, marketing, advertising and copywriting. As the Engagement Specialist, she combines these skills with her digital experience to ensure she’s bringing the best and most up-to-date technology and strategies to Candidates, Clients and Staff.
